Terms of Service
Last updated: May 22, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bedrok. By using the platform you agree to these Terms. This is template legal copy for the MVP — have qualified counsel review and customize before production launch.
Acceptance of terms
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. If you use Bedrok on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Accounts and roles
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under your account. Bedrok offers roles including viewers (supporters), content creators, moderators, and administrators. Role-specific tools and permissions apply as described in the product.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
Creator terms
Creators are responsible for their profiles, pricing tiers, posts, and compliance with applicable laws (including consumer, tax, and content regulations in their jurisdiction).
Creators grant Bedrok a limited license to host, display, and distribute their content as needed to operate the service. Creators control visibility settings (public, supporters-only, or tier-only) for each post.
Supporter / viewer terms
When you subscribe to a creator, you receive access to content according to that creator’s visibility rules and your active membership. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the billing portal or as described at checkout.
You may not redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit creator content except as expressly allowed by the creator or law.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, and tier benefits are set by creators. Refund policies are determined by the creator and applicable law; Bedrok does not guarantee refunds unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout.
We may change platform fees or billing mechanics with notice where required.
Content standards
You may not post or promote illegal content, harassment, hate speech, non-consensual intimate imagery, malware, spam, or intellectual property you do not have rights to use. We may remove content, freeze posts, or suspend accounts that violate these standards or receive valid legal requests.
Moderation and reports
Users may report content or accounts. Moderators and administrators may review reports and take action including content removal, account restrictions, or referral to law enforcement where appropriate. Decisions are made in our reasonable discretion to protect the community.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Bedrok at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for others, or where required by law. Upon termination, certain provisions survive (including disclaimers and limitation of liability).
Disclaimers
Bedrok is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bedrok and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms. We will post updates on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
